Too many capable contractors miss out on work they could deliver because their capability isn't visible in the way buyers need to assess it. I work with those contractors to make their capability clear, evidenced and ready for the work they want to pursue.
Know what you're going after. Prove that you can do it. Keep the evidence ready for what comes next.

Donna Keough is the Founder of YCM | Capability | Compliance | Contracts. She spent more than 20 years in State and Commonwealth Government procurement and contract management - writing tender documentation, developing procurement frameworks and compliance materials, chairing evaluation panels and managing contracts from the buyer's side.
That experience shapes how YCM works. Capability has to be made visible through evidence. YCM writes for the person assessing the document.
YCM has supported CAL accreditation applications, government panel appointments and contract wins, and helps contractors build the systems and evidence they need for what comes next.
YCM works with capable construction, civil, trade and specialist contractors pursuing government and commercial work across Australia.
